Duties as follows but not limited to. Scheduling for both our flexographic and digital printing departments. The supervision and management of the production departments and of its personnel. Ordering and procurement of consumables. Safety director. Total of 23 years of flexographic experience as well as 6 years web offset and 2 years sheet-fed offset.

I assist and oversee production, ensuring that we as a team stay on schedule. I am responsible for quality control and assurance making sure jobs are consistently produced and reproduced with the highest level of quality. I am active in operating narrow web flexographic presses producing up to 10 color work with multiple webs and die configurations. As well as operating an Epson digital press along with a digital finishing unit.I am the safety director and also responsible for the management of hazardous materials. I also over view operator costing reports.

Started as stacker. Worked up and through rollman and inker on an offset web newspaper press. Then transferred to Sheetfed dept. operating a guillotine cutter along with a folding machine. Received training on a two head sheetfed press running 4cp work. Mostly magazine covers, calendars, and brochures.
