Sales: I have achieved several million dollar years and consistently exceeded sales quotas through superior communication skills and persistence.Training: I have attended several sales training and communicatin programs throughout the country inluding Dale Carnegie seminars and the Sales Boot Camp in Tempe Arizona.Recruiting: The skills that I have obtained through extensive sales training and sales experience combined with my understanding of operations have made me very effective in recognizing, attracting and maintaining highly qualified personnel.Previously managed fifteen sub-contract crews in the coordination of construction projects including; residential HVAC, residential roofing, and insulation projects.Successfully managed HVAC, electrical and plumbing service before being promoted to manager of operations for a company of fifty plus employees.
