This metric was leveraged to accurately predict partner acquisition fill time, bench candidate needs by station, and to dictate marketing spend for recruiting efforts across all last mile business lines.• Built capacity plan and growth for 624 delivery franchises (DSPs) across 90 facilities in the US and Canada to ensure the delivery of over 9 million packages to our customers where, when, and how they want every week. Worked in conjunction with partner teams to improve DSP quality and performance which resulted in DSPs being able to grow their business size by 17% year over year. Stood up the planning process for an entirely new business segment, focused on delivering to rural and super-rural regions.• Designed a refined process for planning teams to plan for voluntary and involuntary exits of DSPs from Amazon’s Last Mile program.
