This resulted in a 400% increase in revenue by 2020.I also played a key role in launching several successful digital consumer-facing brands such as Reason, Mevris, and Girl Nine. As the Director of Sales & Marketing at Orient Electronics, I was responsible for driving the company's sales and marketing efforts to new heights. During my tenure, I achieved several key accomplishments that contributed to the company's success.One of my major achievements was increasing the dealer network from 250 dealers to over 1,000. This was done by actively reaching out to potential dealers, providing them with information about our products and services, and helping them to become a part of our network. This expansion allowed us to reach new markets and increase our customer base.I also achieved the highest-ever sales and doubled the company's turnover by implementing various sales strategies and leveraging the expanded dealer network. Additionally, I increased the average selling price by repositioning the brand as a premium category. This helped to differentiate our products from competitors and enabled us to charge higher prices.I also reimagined the brand architecture to make it much more user-friendly, with the goal of increasing brand recall. As the Marketing Director at Orient Electronics, a rapidly growing consumer electronics brand in Pakistan, I was responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing efforts.I planned and executed multiple product and campaign launches (ATL & BTL) nationwide, which contributed to the company's success. These campaigns were designed to increase brand awareness and drive sales, and they were executed through various channels such as TV, Radio, Print media and Outdoor.In addition to executing campaigns, I also successfully launched a franchise retail chain of brand stores, known as "Orient Center." These stores were designed to provide customers with an immersive brand experience and to offer a wide range of products. The "Orient Center" stores went on to contribute 20% of value to the turnover in the coming years.I also played a key role in launching an innovative line-up of IoT products by working closely with engineering teams. We developed products that were both cutting-edge and user-friendly, and we registered more than 10 new technology patents during my tenure. I also developed sustainable processes and structures to support the ongoing success of the product development teams.Finally, I developed a telesales department for the dealer network, which helped to expand the dealer network and increase sales.
