Developed web application for Real-time Stream Data Analysis Web Application: A web application developed to perform stream data analysis in real time. The input data used for the application is the user’s actions performed on NXDrive( InfoBeyond's Product ) We have gathered user’s actions batched data of 10000 actions where each user action contains 15 features and 1 label (manually labeled 0 or 1). Batched data is clustered using dynamic clustering algorithm i.e., affinity propagation algorithm which defines closeness of data into dynamic data cluster centers. All data records belonging to particular cluster center is produced for various machine learning algorithms to build machine learning models. The machine learning algorithms includes Perceptron Classifier, SVM, Decision Tree, Linear Regression, Logistic Regression. The performance percentage of each algorithm varies with respect to different cluster centers. Connect to NXDrive and real time actions are captured by RESTApi which calculates affinity of current record with various clusters and sends the record to more closest cluster center and most efficient machine learning algorithm of cluster center and predicts the result.• Integration of existing bootstrap template from Internet with SpringMVC web application.• Developed server-side functions for the application and the front-end pages using JSP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.• Used hibernate framework for the application and stored important information into MySQL Database and CRUD operation as each Service for each data object using Hibernate Query Language(HQL).• Developed a RESTApi to capture the real time user actions of NXDrive software.Stream Data Engine Infrastructure: Building a Stream data engine we considered Apache Storm and Apache Kafka. . Basically the above mentioned application creates a data bucket for Kafka and client program sends the data to Topic of Kafka.
