I am an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance. He has completed two separate 500-hour yoga teacher training courses and has received more than 2000 hours of yoga-related learning.A former dancer and a specialist in 18th-century Baroque dance, I have a BA degree in Dance Pedagogy and for many years trained in Jerzy Grotowski’s movement-based acting techniques. The variety of his experiences has creatively enriched his understanding of body movements.I have taught yoga and movement in yoga studio settings, international workshops, as well as 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training since 2010.
