Shawn has been working in graphic design since 1999. He started working with small design firms, doing logos and websites for local bands. In 2003, he made the jump to the corporate marketing department of Stanley Tools. At Stanley, Shawn worked closely with marketing heads, division and sales managers, contracted printers, photographers, and other design companies. He moved from an entry level designer to a senior level design position over his 6-year run with the companyAfter Stanley, Shawn worked with marketing firms in the garden industry and web design companies, creating custom CMS websites for non-profits, law firms, contractors, restaurants and other businesses large and small.A graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a BA in Graphic/Information Design, Shawn joined DKA in 2018, bringing a vast background in branding, print and web design. Shawn loves a creative challenge, while making clients and the end user happy with the designs he creates.Did you know?Shawn is an avid photographer with a love for the outdoors. Shawn can be found on weekends camping, kayaking, hiking and biking all around CT. He also has a cat named Rabbit.
