Steve Fine is a Cincinnati, Ohio native. A 1983 graduate of Seven Hills High School in Cincinnati, Steve began studying art and design at Northern Kentucky University. He completed his education at The Art Academy in Cincinnati. Steve worked in broadcasting for the Sports Time Cable Network before taking a position as a graphic artist at WKRC Channel 12 in 1987. After working for WKRC as a full-time graphic artist, he was hired at WCPO Channel 9, where he was promoted to the position of Art Director. After several years in that position, he took a position as Art Director for WOFL in Orlando, Florida, where he worked until 1999 when he decided to try his hand at freelance graphic design.During his broadcasting career, Steve's work was recognized with five Emmy nominations and he was an Emmy winner for both News and Non-News Graphic Design in 1992 and 1995. In 1998, he was honored with a Silver Addy for Individual Promotional Team.He returned to the tri-state area and started his own company. Artboy Animation has been successfully creating design, 3D animation, and marketing tools since 1999. A successful entrepreneur, Steve joined the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce in 2001 and has served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Marketing Committee. As a freelance artist, Steve won five Telly awards. In 2002, he was a finalist for "Baseball Radio" on WLW. That same year, he won for "Basketball Radio" on ESPN Radio. In 2003, he won for "Mix 94 Logo Motion" on WVMX Radio and in 2008, he won for "100K Giveaway" on V100. In his free time, Steve is a competitive cyclist, presently racing for Ohio Velo / RiverPiont, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
