Super Bowl (2016–Present):• Graphic Designer –Design: Custom, client-facing graphic maps to support transportation plans related to Super Bowl events; Parking & access permit design;–Page Layout: Informational one-sheets for distribution to executives, media, vendors, staff and public; Digital assets to include with transportation information delivered via NFL One-Pass app and other media platforms• Parking & Access ManagerExecute an access & parking plan for NFL-sanctioned Super Bowl events; Develop parking allocations for NFL staff, vendors, producers, sponsors, VIP, media and other teammates to support 7 Super Bowl events at 4-6 venues, including NFL Headquarters; Secure parking for each venue; Maintain Budget; Project manage parking location contractual development, execution & payment; Collaborate with Super Bowl partners – NFL client, Super Bowl event producers, parking operators, host city partners, local police and canine departments – to establish and execute an access plan; Identify, produce and distribute permits needed to support access plan; Track rental, hotel and airline manifests to send daily arrival letters to NFL staff, executives and vendors; Manage parking team to oversee operations at all contracted parking locations and to track & distribute parking credentials to 4,000 clients; Track VVIP movements and parking at each venueMens Final Four (2016); NFL Kickoff (2017); World Rowing Championships (2017); NBA All-Star Game (2017-2020), Kentucky Derby (2018, 2019, 2021); College Football Playoffs (2018, 2019, 2021); Austin Tesla Gigafactory Opening (2022); NFL Draft (2022):• Transportation Logistics CoordinatorCoordinate & liaise client transport requests; Identify routes and create driver packets based on event/road accessibility; Work directly with local PD, city officials and drivers to achieve success & ensure efficient/safe transports; Manage police escorts, VIP movements, fleets of vehicles and vehicle allocations when applicable
