The non-profit company Samart was founded in 2012, to promote the arts (music, theatre, painting, dance, photo, etc.) as well as art education for children and grown-ups. The people responsible for Samart have many years of experience in different art forms...The inception of Samart arose from the need to, first of all, raise the awareness of young people with issues related to art with the intention of future participation and expression, and secondly to promote high-level entertainment, either in the form of collaboration between artistic groups on the island or by inviting established artists and artistic groups from Greece and other countries. The means of promoting art will be entertainment and events such as concerts, exhibitions, festivals and educational events, such as courses, workshops, seminars, lectures etc.
