Expertise: Huge lover of tendons and everything that has to do with tendons. Stumbled into this world because I suffered of Jumpers Knee for almost 2 years and was finally able to become pain free. I now educate and help other people understand their tendon pain better and get help immediately and be able to go back to playing pain free. Coaching philosophy:I love variety with my athletes. I love putting them into positions where they need to use their brain to think and solve problems. I want to prepare my athlete not just for their sport, I want to prepare them for things beyond their sport. So whatever comes their way, they can handle it. The best prehab is being as strong as you possibly can be and being able to do a variety of movements. So I have my athletes play a bunch of games where they are put into settings of 1v1, 2v2, 2v1 or even perhaps 3v7 or similar. Both with the ball and without the ball. Throw in some tennis balls to create more chaos for them to handle.
