Join TEMA RETAIL KZ (LC Waikiki) as a store manager in 2013. As the result of more than 1 year successful store management was transferred and promoted to Istanbul HQ as IR Project manager.As Project manager:Planning:• Project scope definition in collaboration with senior management;• BA (business analysis) documents creation• Project plans and WBS creation (work breakdown structure creation) which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project;• Develop a schedule for project completion;• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required;Implementation:• Execution the projects in accordance with the issued project management methodology;• Develop forms and records to document project activities;• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders;• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards;Control and monitoring:• Communicate with funders as outlined in funding agreements;• Reporting;Evaluation and clothing:• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time;• Evaluation the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase;As support unit:• Operation request management• Request evaluation• BA (business analysis) documents creation

Accomplishments:As the result of successful project management and related project (please see project details below) completion incorrect stores orders were minimized. Stores stock was decrease on 25% in average after 3 month since the moment SAF method was implemented. Operational store costs were reduced (minimization store to store transfers, overstock issue etc.). Accomplishments:Was assigned as fitting team member (New store opening team) for 2 MCC stores opening.September 2011 - “METRO Cash & Carry” Pavlodar opening. February 2012 - “METRO Cash & Carry” Aktobe opening.
