Responsible for carrying over reception duties which involves:welcoming customers;handling internal/external calls;booking, tracking and monitoring of courier services work;booking taxis and arranging lunches for the business meetings of staff and clients;assisting with preparing and executing client events.

Coordination FO (3 reception desks), F&B (2 bars, 2 restaurants), HSKP, Maintenance, Security departments:maintaining a high level of customer service of the hotel; control over the full range of work at night (financial aspects + administrative aspects);implementation procedures for the preparation and observance of the night audit; monitoring of operations and compliance personnel procedures in emergency situations; ability to resolve guests' and staff' problems , within the limits of its competence.

Daily operation control of Front Office;participating in budgeting process;support high quality service;conflict resolution (24/7);training (drafting trainings and methodological materials); interaction with financial institutions (banks, payment systems);interaction with suppliers (stationery products, branded products).
