- Demonstrates proactive, creative sourcing and networking strategies to identify top candidates for open positions in the Business Unit;- Maintains timely status updates for all positions and communicates updates to hiring managers and HR Team;- Drafts recruitment advertisements and materials for LinkedIn and other social media, ensuring that any general Company information is consistent with Company brand;- Works closely with the HR Manager and Hiring Manager to prepare an adequate offer package in line with budget and benchmark;- Perform other related duties as assigned.
