- Project planning and managing from initiation to closure, within budget, timeline, and quality standards;- Communication with the clients including briefings, requirements clarifications, ongoing meetings, presentations, etc.;- Collaboration with the internal teams and external specialists, setting tasks and tracking progress and outcomes;- Preparing project documentation and keeping it up to date.

- Managing a team of up to 10 Marketing Campaign Coordinators;- Mentoring, training, and adapting the team members. Conducting weekly meetings, one-on-one calls, etc.;- Overseeing the team's workflow and controlling the campaigns' performance;- Communication with the US/UK Client Success department, analyzing and discussing the scope, performance, and alignment of groups of marketing campaigns;- Participating in strategic decisions and discussions on automation and optimization.

- Managing the implementation and control of marketing demand lead-generation campaigns;- Analyzing requirements, requesting estimations, and planning;- Communication with the US/UK Client Success department, negotiating regarding the requirements, campaign's performance, deadlines, goals, etc.;- Managing campaign performance reporting and analysis, preparing summary reports;- Collaborating with the technical, business analysis, content, verification, and other teams.
