Short-term contract with main tasks: agriculture analysis, business engagement in local value chains, business grants pre-monitoring, programme ad campaign.There was carried out an analysis of the agrarian sector, industry and small and medium-sized businesses in the region and also of possibility of attracting large businesses to the region. Regular work was carried out in the fields and collected information from the population about economic environment, including effectiveness of grant programs of NGOs and the state 'Kurkul'.Internet campaign for sharing of information included more than 150 local sites in the region, handouts a plan for presentation of information about the program at the fields of gray zone.
