● Leveraging my strong analytical and problem-solving skills, I conducted thorough business process analysis, requirements gathering, and data modelling to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. I exceled in translating complex business requirements into clear and actionable specifications, collaborating closely with stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.● Took part in development a robust online platform to facilitate and maintain effective communication and collaboration among diverse public and private stakeholders, initially implemented for the tourism sector but scalable to other industrial ecosystems. Project was facilitated on behalf of the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency, which operates under the delegated powers of the European Commission. This platform would serve as a user-friendly hub, empowering stakeholders to navigate and contribute to the objectives and actions identified through the Transition Pathway.

● Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Development, to ensure the successful delivery of products and services. For example, I took part in coordinating the development of a new product service (injection of online biometrics checks into customer journey), working closely with the software development team to ensure that it was delivered on time and within budget.● Analyzed market data and shared their insights into key business issues. Participated in user acceptance testing and reported compound outcomes to the upper management. Created clear and insightful customer journey flows. Assisted with guidelines, tutorials, and other resources to support various projects.
