Support Team Lead
Current- Be a mentor in for the support team and help in researching and resolving customer issues.
- Lead support case resolution efforts for open customer cases by proactive review and reactive help when needed by support team
- Extensively review, research/repro, document product/software related technical issues and solutions/workaround
- Collaborate with escalation/maintenance team, core dev, QA and PM teams to investigate and resolve product issues (bugs/defects)
- Looking over new hires to ensure product knowledge is tested
