Vista Optical is exclusive distributor of Indo spanish spectacle lenses in the Russian Federation.Key responsibilities:• Work as a liaison between the customers, the sales team, and the manufacturer.• Support Chief Operating Officer with daily operational functions.• Maintenance of spectacle lenses distribution on local market. • Provide outstanding customer satisfaction with a friendly disposition and problem solving skills utilization.• Responsible for the supply chain management, interaction with customs broker for shipments processing.• Maintenance and preparation of reports for the administrative department and the manufacturer.

• Processing of orders for glasses.• Ordering stock and RX lenses from suppliers.• Workshop coordination.• Creation and reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy while working with customers to answer questions and address payment issues.• Resolving customer issues in a timely manner while complying with company standards.• Working in cooperation with logistics and warehouse in order for sending goods in the regions.
