Joined 123 VFX, a studio composed largely of former colleagues whom I had previously trained and supported. In my role as Lead Compositor, I also provided comprehensive technical support to the compositing team. I started my career in computer graphics at Argunov Studio, where I played a key role in the studio's growth. Progressing from an artist to Head of the Compositing Department, I led a team of over 30 artists and contributed to enhancing the overall quality of our graphics output by developing best practices and setting high production standards.I established stereoscopic 3D conversion workflows using PFDepth, optimizing these processes based on project budgets and team capacity.
