Having extensive experience in the real sector of the economy, the experience of building strong teams, and the strong qualities of a negotiator, in 2019 I decided to move completely into the field of blockchain. 
Exchange experience gave me a deep understanding of the market of blockchain projects and companies, and the specifics of negotiating. 
In parallel with this, I began to study and practice trading and investing, successfully went through various market cycles, and have a fine fundamental sense of the market. 
This made it possible to connect business development with market cycles in an unusual way, which makes it possible to adjust the plans and rhetoric of negotiations, as well as build effective plans for the development of projects that are being worked on. 
Over the years of work in the industry, I have implemented effective technical solutions, carried out dozens of successful launches of top projects with a total capitalization of >$300M (including SafeMoon, Shiba Inu, Lofi-Defi, etc), as well as fully trained many specialists working in the market. 
At the moment, being an industry expert, I work with many international partners - exchanges and launchpads, legal and marketing agencies, funds and investor pools, banks, and payment systems.
