Hi! I'm the CEO and Founder of Carbogatto, a venture that originated from an idea my partner and I conceived in November 2017. Together, we invested our own funds in the initial seed funding round, kickstarting the foundation of Carbogatto. Though this round was only partially concluded due to changing circumstances, it presented us with valuable insights for future endeavors.In a momentous step forward, I completed the buyback of all shares from investors in February 2023, solidifying my position as the sole owner of Carbogatto. The company's relocation to Dubai, UAE, in March 2022 has strategically positioned us for global growth.Under my leadership, Carbogatto reached a pivotal milestone in the summer of 2023, successfully completing the engineering stage and unveiling a product ready for mass production.As the CEO and Founder, I am passionate about propelling Carbogatto's continued success. Through fostering a collaborative work culture and emphasizing innovation, we aim to stay at the forefront of our industry.

In April 2018 I sold 75% of shares to a strategic partner - the largest distributor in the industry, who needed their own B2C as well. After the end of the CEO contract (February 2019), one of the partners took over that position. For another six months, I remained at the head of the web development department and on the supervisory board. After that In October 2020, the deal to sell my remaining 25% share in the project was closed. It was a very interesting stage, an excellent experience in conquering the market, but I wished to move on and expand my horizons together with the Carbogatto team. -

But by the third season already, we had changed the format into a multi-brand online store and a branded store. We completely rebranded and changed the brand name to MOTORFIRST. Due to our own developed IT products in one year we digitized the whole market and united all distributors and local manufacturers of snowmobile, off-road and MOTO outfit and accessories in one place. Over 80,000 SKUs in one year. I completely supervised web development (12 people) and marketing department (3 people) in the company. Largely due to the centralization of Russia in Moscow and aggressive marketing we took more than 50% of the market in a short period of time. Further growth was impossible because of the artificial restraint by the distributors. In 2018, a deal was closed to sell a 75% stake to a major distributor.
