My responsibilities were focused on delivering best in class talents and developing the talent pipeline for the roles and competencies most critical to achievement of Philips' growth agenda via direct personal contact, talent relationship management and guerilla sourcing practices rather than traditional recruitment advertising:- Sourcing and managing a pipeline of high quality passive prospects from the external market place for Philips Consumer Lifestyle, Lighting and Healthcare in Europe (mainly for Russia & CIS, CEE countries, and Netherlands)- Building and maintain long-term relations with talents; establishing of candidate pipelines- Strong communication of the Philips value proposition + company transformation- Influence/advice recruiters and hiring managers during recruiting process- Direct and personalized outreach with heavy emphasis on networking and referrals, continuously identifying, engaging and maintaining relationships with the best talent in function given

• Analyzing market potential and opportunities:- According to the search strategy collect, structure and analyze deeply information about various industries, their specifics and trends- Apply received information appropriately to the successful project running • Performing the Executive Search:- Participating in developing a search strategy and sources on each project- Build a list of target companies according to the search strategy; contacts sources and assesses key players within target industries; compiles a long list of candidates- Make initial direct approach to candidates- Make prescreening by phone and via references- Conduct initial interviews by phone with relevant candidates and introduce the most qualifying candidates - Coordinate interviews between the Assignment Manager/ Consultant/ Partner and candidates- Develop network of potential candidates • Keeping and updating database
