R&D Technician in the team fermentation.Analysis, implementation, conduct and interpretation of test at the pilot scale fermentation.Biomass separation (ultrafiltation, centrifugation) and enzymatic analysis.Working in different areas of biotechnology : microbiology, fermentation and biochemical analysis.Contribution to improving the quality, safety and laboratory management.
