As the Administrative Department Head/Leading Petty Officer on the USS NIMITZ which includes, I successfully managed 16 personnel accomplishing a wide-range of administrative functions. Regular tasking included the processing, tracking, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing executive correspondence; to include all letters, memorandums, Naval Messages, Command Directives, Awards, and Personnel Evaluation Reports. Also with 100% accuracy, tracked, processed, and handled the individual personnel matters the command of over 3000 personnel annually. Others duties held include Safety Officer, Equal Opportunity Officer, and Enlisted Surface Specialist Program Coordinator of over 475 personnel received all required training and qualification.
