My professional career as a psychologist has always been focused on the human being. Be it for their behaviors, their occupations, their health or simply their love for people.I started this journey in 2017, in organizations (public and private). I have also worked in a clinic, where I attended several psychological and psychiatric cases. Among them I can highlight depression, anxiety, burnout and panic attacks. I have already prepared training and personal development plans, aimed at solving problems at work. I have experience in formulating career plans. I am currently volunteering at the Brazilian Human Resources Association of Amazonas in the Marketing & Communication Directorate, managing and leading numerous projects, assuming two portfolios and developing more and more skills. Over time, I started to see corporations as organic, alive and multifaceted. I can say that my greatest learning was to realize that behind a large corporation, there are excellent collaborators and teams that I had the pleasure of meeting.I am currently looking for opportunities in the Human Resources area (R&S and T&D), where I am developing my skills.
