Futurecom Systems Group designs and builds radio system coverage extension solutions for public safety communication networks. I work with the engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define enhancements to existing products, and set the future direction for the product portfolios.Provide oversight for the development of Futurecom’s repeater products which enable deployment and extension of mission-critical radio communication systems. Work closely with the marketing/business and development teams at Futurecom and Motorola Solutions to establish roadmap priorities and address technical solution details regarding Futurecom’s repeater portfolio. Continuously interact with prospective customers to launch demos/trials, and gather feedback which enables prioritization of product enhancements and drives sales. Key customer interactions include: FEMA, FBI, US Capitol Police, DEA, ATF, US Customs & Border Protection (CBP), US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), US Supreme Court Police, Wisconsin Air National Guard, US Forest Service, Pennsylvania State Police, Fire Dept of New York City (FDNY).• Gather customer input via demonstrations and trials• Interact with potential users through tradeshow (e.g. APCO, IWCE) booth duty• Prioritize new feature development and issue resolution activities for the engineering development team• Create and manage product requirements for current and future product releases• Create and maintain product literature used by current and prospective customers• Liaison between Futurecom and its corporate IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) attorneys regarding activity in the areas of Futurecom patents, trademarks, and copyrights

Served on elite, 15-member Architecture Review Board that created and implemented technical vision and drove the work of 1500 engineers and their corresponding business teams.
