I am a highly motivated architectural professional currently employed by an Architecturaland Project management called Hammerhead Design, which is a subsidiary company ofRetail Property Development Firm called Keystone Investments.My role at the company is a Project Architect, Project Manager as well as a TenantCoordinator, as a Project Architect and Manager run and manage complete projects solelyon various projects ranging from , maintenance and renovations of existing developments toconstruction of new development, while working closely with professional teams and thecontractor ensuring all building codes and drawings are followed and built as per the clientsrequirements. As a Tenant Coordinator I have worked with many brands ranging fromNational, Anchors to Non-National some namely been, The Foschini Group( Relay Jeans,Sportscene, Foshcini, etc), PetShop Science, PepKor, Capitec, SARS, Jonsson Workwear,Clothing Junction, On Tap, Beares, etc., reviewing layouts for approval and managing the fitout of the stores, with both the clients and tenant's best interests.During my time at the company, I've developed tremendously as a professional, earningvaluable experience working with different professionals and contractors and I am always forpossibilities to advance my professional career.I demonstrate sound architectural expertise, creativity as well as a willingness to adapt andlearn new concepts.
