I recently graduated from California State University of San Bernardino with a B.S. in Kinesiology. My passion for human movement and helping others achieve their physical potential drives me to pursue a physical therapy graduate program. During my studies, I gained hands-on experience through internships and instructional roles, enhancing my skills in public speaking, leadership, lesson planning, and problem-solving. I also worked full-time at Amazon for nearly four years, where I honed my teamwork, time management, and operational efficiency skills. Currently, I work at a local coffee shop to explore different fields. As the sole employee, I manage orders and contribute ideas to improve operations, further developing my customer service and small business skills. As the oldest sibling, I’ve naturally taken on a leadership role, teaching me responsibility, patience, and empathy. I view exercise as a lifelong commitment to health and well-being and have been lifting for years. Additionally, I’m a self-taught guitarist, which has fostered my creativity and discipline. Outside of work and studies, I enjoy hiking and fitness, continuously seeking new challenges to improve my physical and mental well-being.
