• Lead research projects related to cancer treatment/prevention access and identification of vulnerable populations for cancer-related public health interventions. • Collaborate and advise other research groups within ACS on the use of Social/Spatial Epidemiology frameworks for research (area-level variables, multilevel modeling). These approaches were well-received as it provided a new avenue of research within ACS.• Lead projects pertaining to wealth, deprivation and other socioeconomic determinants of health through the development of customized indices and other classification methodologies.• Develop sophisticated decision-support tools from research and analytics to inform strategic decision-making, using a combination of Tableau and Geospatial methods.• Utilize a combination of geospatial and statistical/data mining techniques for research outputs such as indices and models.• Provide invited content expertise across the organization for projects related to healthy communities and built environment research and practice.• Active collaborations (in an advisory/volunteer capacity) with Ga Tech and Morehouse School of Medicine in the areas of healthcare access, area-level/social determinants of health and identification of vulnerable communities for various health interventions.
