Art Home Garden LLC is a New York-based, full-service design & build firm. We create interiors, exteriors, and custom furnishings for residential and commercial spaces. Our approach is based on the belief that comfort is the greatest indulgence.We handle design decisions from concept through completion for dozens of HNW individuals and professionals, including hedge fund managers, publishers, brand markets, lawyers, and doctors. Our commercial clients include Urban Daddy, Johnny Walker, Jack Daniels, Sonos, Don Julio, Core Real Estate, Lavagna Restaurant, and Verve Medical Cosmetics.

-Project and space design and planning, design execution, monitoring and resource balancing supporting multiple simultaneous projects.-Quickly and accurately assimilated internal processes and implemented efficient alternatives.-Provided, researched and communicated information regarding initiatives and risks involved.-Coordinated, negotiated and motivated outside vendors and off-shore resources in support of a timeline.-Work hands-on with architects and construction team to ensure the highest quality work in response to a timeline and budget.

-Worked solely with the President of Design in the design, development, production, and branding of thirty private lines, five in-house active lines, three women’s denim lines, a missy contemporary line, and a knitwear and maturity brand-Designed, created all cads, tech packs, textiles prints, embroidery patterns and garment layouts for better knitwear, cut and sew and wovens, such as activewear, evening wear, sleepwear, swimwear, and denim. Sizes range from petite to plus sizes and maternity-Oversaw conceptual direction of print, fabric selection and clothing designs using various trend forecasts and inspirations -Clients included Anthropology Mark Eissen, Lauren Hanson, Belly Basics, Bloomingdale’s, Bergdorf Goodman, Macy’s and Sears-Soley developed and launched a “green” maturnity line with all organic and sustainable fabrics and dyes

-Created and assisted in the conceptual direction of garment design, fit, presentation, design and inspiration boards-Created various textile patterns, garment cads, appliqués and lace placements using Photoshop, Illustrator and Ned Graphics -Created tech packages/cads and communicated with over-seas factories about design execution
