• Accountable for development, documentation, maintenance, and oversight of operations governance risk models, risk control frameworks, and programs for large-scale, enterprise-wise portfolios of high risk and/or complexity to ensure that operational risks are appropriately identified, measured, reported and managed to achieve business objectives within established risk tolerance and in compliance with laws, regulations and corporate standards.• Accountable for Technology Effective Challenge of Technology and Information Security requirements for Enterprise Solution Architecture design, alignment to enterprise standards, and deviations supported by management decisions.• Act as Subject Matter Expert and relationship manager to business units, and as coordinator of contact points between external regulators and/or technological groups, providing leadership, advice, guidance, consultation and direction in the area of expertise to executives and senior management to ensure operational risk management processes are in accordance with internal and external standards and guidelines.• Provide guidance and counsel to business unit senior management and executives to ensure effective risk and control processes and practices that are in compliance with Bank and regulatory requirements.• Serve as Risk Assessment Champion for multiple portfolios (verticals/horizontals) where multi-million dollar enterprise project initiatives (expenditure requests) encompass cost run rates, Cloud Adoption / 3rd Party integration, realized benefit, infrastructure impact, corporate support area risk challenge-response collaboration, risk ratings and rationale, and approval and signoff by Executive Leadership.
