I have 18 years of customer service and work experience. I am a strong worker proficient in physical and mental work by being able to adapt successfully to any role that I am given by understanding the bigger picture for my employer by completing my job to the best of my abilities to achieve success for the company in the long run. I am able to keep work relationships with my coworkers as well as with the customers by connecting and interacting on a personal level to better understand how I can be more successful with my role and this helps with customer and coworker dedication to my employer. I do weigh the pros and cons to every decision even in extreme conditions. I'm willing to help when needed if unusual circumstances turn up that need attention. I try to learn All Electronics that I would be working with in order to fix or troubleshoot ASAP as I have found this has sped up my productivity by problem solving issues that may happen with everyday technology and can help save time and money for my employer.
