Design packaging and documentation on the FAA RMS, Open RPG, RPG Refresh, RPG Power Administration, RPG DIO Card Replacement, NCDC ORPG, RPG Lan Switch Replacement, RPG Embedded Console Server, RPG Interface to ORDA, RPG changes for Additional Air Force Open Architecture Principle Users Processor (OPUPs), Installation of Pacific MSCFs at Hickam AFB, HI. Preparation of over 5,000 Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and redline drawings for the above listed projects. Review and release of over 6,000 ECOs and redline drawings using Agile. Development of all the ECO workflows used in the Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool. Responsible for Beta testing Agile Advantage 2005 and 2006. Selection of Agile as the PLM tool used at the Radar Operations Center (ROC) for the National Weather Service (NWS). Training of over 125 users on Agile. Prepared training material for each in both PC Client and Java Client versions based on the NEXRAD program and using the live database giving the user real world training.Developed the design/drafting and engineering change order procedures and practices, including the part and document numbering scheme used the Radar Operation Center for the NWS. Assisted engineering in the development and manufacturing techniques for new designs used on NEXRAD. Preparing and screening Configuration Change Requests (CCRs) prior to the Technical Review Committee meetings. Performing on site Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) and drawing audits of the NEXRAD program for the National Weather Service. Served as a member of the Technical Review Committee and the Configuration Management Working Group.SI International 2006 Exceptional Achievement Award – NEXRAD Program.

Responsible for design packaging concepts and documentation both electrical and mechanical for NEXRAD, MATCALS, RAT-31SL and SRR. These responsibilities included Design, Drafting, CAD (CADRA-III software), Automated Parts List System (APL), Change Order Group and Blue Print Operations. Managed over 30 Designer, Drafters, Data Entry Clerks and Print shop Technicians. Developed design/drafting and APL procedures and practices. All documentation was prepared level 3 per DoD and ANSI standards. Performed PCAs and drawing audits on various programs, both in factory and at remote locations. In addition, served as a member of the CCB for MATCALS, RAT31-SL and NEXRAD, and was involved with negotiations between UNISYS and General Electric for the ACS program.
