Rebuilt and led team focused on delivery of competitive advantage through pricing optimization for $1.9 billion business including Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farms, Chief Pierre, and Douwe Egberts brands. Managed price/trade setting & review processes, developed pricing tools, published pricing/trade KPIs, presented updates to Sara Lee CEO, and helped establish pricing/trade governance across global Sara Lee.
