Work across two different commercial real estate direct-investment funds (open-ended and closed) for a total north of 2.7bn AUM across +10 countries. Responsibilities include: -Drive and assist fund management decisions in close collaboration with Senior fund directors and foster a full understanding of the relevant funds, strategies, investment process and internal as well as external reporting requirements.-Collaborate with local Invesco transaction teams to carry out financial analysis of new investment opportunities and assist with acquisitions and disposals of four assets.-Manage the reviews for each of the funds’ assets annual business plans, assisted by Invesco’s local asset managers across Europe. Drive performance forecasting and analysis such as hold/sell decision support.-Build and own the Excel fund model to provide performance forecasts & portfolio analysis.-Collaborate with the Structured Finance and Fund Accounting teams to ensure fund modelling fully reflects tax, equity/debt financing structures and other corporate and fund investment structures.-Prepare investment memos, fund strategy papers, and transaction analysis.

• Coordinated and backed the management of eight buildings across various asset classes (retail, office, hotel, multifamily) and locations (Switzerland, Germany, Spain, and the UK), including the successful signing of multiple long-term commercial leases and value-add renovation works• Closely collaborated with the Portfolio Management and Fiduciary teams on the supervision of assets' operating budgets and performed detailed quarterly financial statement analysis • Conducted market and financial analysis (cash flows, financing scenarios, and various client presentations) with a targeted €150M of investor capital to deploy across Continental Europe• Successfully handled other duties given by the CEO and the COO, including leading and turnaround of a corporate office renovation project in two months

• Conducted feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and valuations for more than 30 hotel projects, including Franchising, Management agreements, contract extension, or rebranding across various brands (InterContinental, Crown Plaza, Holiday Inn, etc.) • Advised and supported development teams on commercial negotiations from initial assessment and site appraisal to the signing, contributed to successfully growing IHG EMEA hotel portfolio with four new properties• Coordinated several internal stakeholders, including development, finance operation, strategy, and legal teams, to prepare commercial pitches and approval documentation for IHG's internal approval committees• Optimized the franchising valuation template for future first stage appraisal by including new seasonality or rate analysis tools
