Operates and maintains production, utilities and subsea systems of the Malampaya Shallow Water Platform in line with the company codes, standards and business plan key objectives• Assumes responsibility for the availability and integrity of designated critical equipment• Plans and carries out equipment isolations and acts as Area Authority for Maintenance, Engineering and Plant Turnaround activities in accordance with the Permit-to-Work system• Acts as Person-in-Charge of the Worksite in various preventive maintenance routines and other operational activities• Reports unsafe conditions observed at the field and coordinates corrective actions with concerned departments• Ensures the quality and timeliness of data input to SAP Maintenance Management System• Performs laboratory analysis for water, hydrocarbon and other utility chemicals • Maintains laboratory equipment inventory and calibration status• Monitors inventory of operational and laboratory consumables and procures items for update• Acts as an Emergency Response Team Member• Acts as Coxswain for Malampaya Shallow Water Platform• Acts as Permit Coordinator for my current team at SPEX B.V.• Accredited Occupational Health & Safety Practitioner by OSHC, Department of Labor & Employment

• Perform QA/QC Inspection and verification of all mechanical equipment installation and alignment, all structural steel and piping erections and installations.• Work closely with the Project Manager, QA/QC manager, maintenance and construction planner, supervisors and foreman to deliver the requirements of the client Quality Program.• Responsible for developing Inspection & Test Plans and Method statements and obtain owner approval. • Collect as-built information for all P&ID's and conduct system walk down inspection of completed construction systems to ensure compliance to specification, standards, P & ID's, IFC drawings.• Complete QA/QC manual and ensure the timely handover of documents to Owner. • Identify, comprehend, validate and develop Owner's quality deliverable into project quality documentation

• Dealing with the client’s consultant, managers, engineers and safety officers regarding the safety test parameters to be implemented for work executions at site and for the design and acceptable mechanical clearances to be applied on all mechanical works. • Perform QA-QC inspections of all “as found and as built” mechanical measurements and electrical testing such as generator clearances on all components, insulation resistance, polarization index, ELCID (electromagnetic core imperfection detector) testing of stator core, winding impedance of generator rotor and stator. • Supervision, monitoring and coordination for all mechanical inspection & refurbishment activities and electrical inspection and testing of 20 MW and 50 MW steam turbine generators at site. .• Responsible to track project record changes and produces site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management.• Collect all as built and QA/QC inspections documentation for the completion of technical records and reports for submission to client.
