Drive business strategies that support exceptional customer experience and the business unit´s objectives.Lead a team of Account Managers to proactively expand existing EBE accounts and cross-sell with Business Travel portfolio, by providing both excellent service and an environment of consultative selling and sharing best practice. Drive continuous process improvements and standardization of processes. Attract, lead and develop the talent within the M&E Account Management team through 1-1 coaching, performance management, competency assessments, training, feedback, regular meetings and formal appraisals.- Review Revenue / Preferred Supplier Adoption / and growth plans- Communicate commercial requirements - Use data analysis as input for planning and strategies - Review MSA’s and associated SLA/KPI’s with team and ensure adherence - Oversee standardization, process and administrative practices for the M&E team - Manage resourcing and staffing planning for the M&E team - Achieve the sales opportunity identified within Business Travel portfolio collaborating with Business Development Team.- Involvement in RFP and pitch process for the managed accounts in conjunction with Market Lead - Global Accounts: Assign Account Manager to implement the new client locally, aligned with the Global Sales team- Local Accounts: Assign the right Account Manager to implement the account, serving as key point of contact with the client - Ensure Account Managers attends regular client meetings and reviews to ensure service levels are optimum and present SLA/KPI results. Provide consultative services to our clients to ensure best practice and outcomes are achieved - Review client survey results and define any requested action plan- Attend and set up ‘client days’ and other expansion initiatives to drive growth in the existing accounts of M&E portfolio.- Retain and attract talent - Handle development and coaching- Performance management
