I am a senior corporate and commercial lawyer who has held legal and advisory roles with leading companies and firms including Santos, Minter Ellison and Deloitte.I have extensive experience in both private practice and in-house roles, and have led the successful implementation of various strategic transactions. I have advised companies in relation to M&A, major projects, joint ventures, due diligence, corporate financing, sales and marketing, corporate governance and general commercial issues, in various industries including energy and resources, ports and infrastructure. In my current role, I work closely with senior management at Santos in relation to its portfolio of assets, both domestically and internationally, and have held that position for close to 11 years. Prior to that I was a senior associate at Minter Ellison. My previous background in commerce/accounting and earlier experience with Deloitte has also given me the ability to approach issues with a strong commercial focus. I am privileged to have also been recognised as a leading in-house lawyer in the Doyle's Guide to Leading In-House Energy & Resources Lawyers in Australia.
