Project management and exploration planning/management for Rocky Ridge gold project in Eastern Chukotka. Report directly to CEO on exploration strategies, timelines and results. Managing of the preparation of exploration plans, budgets and reports to the authorities. Onsite managing drilling, trenching, surface geological works, surface geophysics, data capture and QA/QC. Ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Directly responsible for all facets of exploration planning from target generation, drill patterns, budget, post drilling and trench data validation, resource review and resource upgrade programs.

Methodological and technical management of the entire complex of geological works on the Apsat coal open pit operation:Coal extraction control;Loss and dilution control in the coal extraction;Control over compliance with the approved calendar schedules for coal-face mining and exploration works;Working with lab in regards to coal quality/ash control and sample analysis.

Leadership in achieving program goals Manage and coordinate a team of geologists and general contractors in the day to day onsite activities of a drilling program to obtain geological data; acting in the capacity of the NPCC/TIG primary representative.Mentoring and supervision of junior staff and teams geological activities.Managing all daily geological field base activities. Management of sub-contractors (drilling crews, downhole logging crew, etc).Validation, entry and management of geological database in an accurate and timely manner. Managing coal quality, geotechnical, AMD sampling, data capture, core reconciliations, losses. Identify safety issues and problems, and ensure that corrective action is taken and monitored.Compliance with legislative borehole sealing and rehabilitation requirements (photographs, inspections)Development of Safety Management Systems, for both Geological and Drilling Companies.Incident/accident reporting as well as investigations, development of Geological Procedures, Policies and systems of management, JHA and SOPs for the company and contractors.
