- Professional with 12 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, contract negotiation and supply chain governance in the chemical and pharmaceutical market;- Management of the purchasing team with a focus on people and leadership development;- Procurement team coordination focusing on Saving results, contract management and new supplier development for raw material (API's, ingredients and excipients), packaging materials and indirect services/materials (MRO, maintenance, construction, marketing, IT, facilities, etc.);- Project management and leading multidisciplinary teams, with special emphasis on the implementation of the e-procurement system (Coupa) - Key user;- Extensive experience with BID's and methods for negotiation and cost analysis (ABC curve, electronic auction, annual spend, TCO and cost drivers);- Responsible for editing and training the team in new Procurement Procedures and Guidelines;- Bachelor in International Relations from UNESP and in Law from PUC-Campinas; Master in Law, focusing on International Legal Cooperation at PUC-Campinas;- Academic exchange experience (Portugal and United States).
