Design PhilosophyBased upon the acronym - IDEAS, which stands for Inspiration, Design, Experience, Awareness and Sustainability. Inspiration - Design inspiration comes from various places and can be said to be endless. My main influences comes from Nature, Technology, Culture, Visual media, emotional experiences and sharing of ideas from others.Design - I understand that design is not stagnant but it is fluid. Therefore, I believe that all designs should be a journey that is built upon good fundamentals to deliver a good design outcome.Experience - I believe that a designed space should be experienced by both the masses as well as the individual. This is done by creating a sense of place for people’s everyday enjoyment to occupy and use.Awareness - Being acutely aware of the different needs of the wider community as well as individuals within the community, I can produce designs that will achieve better results, resulting in better outcomes.Sustainability - I believe in producing sustainable designs by means of ESD initiatives
