As a leader of social media, video editing, and web production teams, I excel in fostering collaboration with ICT, sales, and marketing departments. I conduct data-driven analysis daily and take responsibility for managing digital subscription business and customer relations.I have successfully executed the brand transformation of "Apple Daily Taiwan" from print to digital media, leveraging my rich experience in communication and coordination for internal and external projects. My strong execution abilities and leadership skills enable me to guide teams toward achieving goals and surpassing expectations.從事新聞工作逾23年，記者生涯中，報導範圍涵蓋生活、社會、司法、農業及消費者保護等路線，鍾情於人物及專題報導，訪問過無數人物，從底層人物到專業人士，透過其人其事，尋訪每一段風景中的喜悲與成敗，紀錄每一段路途中值得駐足的片刻。在職涯前半階段的採訪歷程中，曾在九二一大地震時，前往南投重災區傾聽災民的真實心聲；在陰暗角落裡，小心揭露遊民淪落街頭的苦痛與選擇；在幽微路燈下，探觸「站壁」流鶯無奈接客的辛酸與渺微；每一次專訪，皆是重生與再造，宛如雕刻時光，在漫漫時空長廊中，尋索主角最重要與深刻的人生素材，再雕塑其獨一無二的美麗。在職涯的後半階段，因轉為內勤及管理職，有機會參與傳統平面媒體轉型數位媒體的艱辛與挑戰，包括數位內容的轉型、社群經營、市場行銷、資料分析到數位廣告投放，以及採行訂閱制帶來的衝擊與困境，藉由整合編輯部、ICT、社群、行銷及業務等各團隊，進行數位轉型計畫、監督與執行，創造最終成功的契機。因緣際會，離開此前服務的公司後，得以再次展開人生的新旅程，無忔無求，也期待藉由更多不同的合作機會，激盪更多耀眼火花。
