I had an amazing experience as G.O. Tennis Instructor at Club Med Turkoise, in the Turks and Caicos Islands. I was responsible for organizing and delivering tennis lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels. My role involved creating engaging, fun, and dynamic tennis programs that catered to beginners, intermediate players, and advanced athletes. I worked as part of a diverse, international team, contributing to the overall guest experience by fostering a positive, energetic, and inclusive environment.In addition to focusing on tennis program development, I would organize dynamic sports activities throughout the day. I also actively engaged in event management through performances as a circus artist and dancer in the nightly shows. My work required strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the adaptability to meet the needs of a wide range of customers. Through this position, I enhanced the overall Club Med experience and built lasting relationships with guests.Some of my proudest achievements include the title "Tripadvisor G.O. of the Month", which I was awarded twice. This came in response to great improvements in the tennis program and overall customer satisfaction.

This entrepreneurial experience honed my ability to multi-task, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changes in the digital landscape, all while delivering measurable results for my clients.

As a Professor Assistant and Tutor at Leon Hess Business School, Monmouth University, I played a key role in supporting over 50 students in a Microeconomics course. My responsibilities included organizing supplemental instruction sessions, providing personalized academic support, and creating tailored review sessions that aligned with the professor's curriculum goals.
