With over 45 years of institutional investment banking experience on Wall Street, Mr. McClearin is a Senior Managing Director of Marketing at Siebert Williams Shank & Co., LLC (formally The Williams Capital Group, L.P). He leads and manages the marketing and sales efforts for Siebert Williams Shank’s broad range of investment services to corporations, local, state and national government agencies, and institutional asset management firms worldwide. Under Mr. McClearin’s leadership at The Williams Capital Group, the firm was selected as a Senior Co- Manager to take The Prudential Insurance Company of Newark, New Jersey from a mutual company to a public company in 2001.Prior to The Williams Capital Group, L.P. Mr. McClearin held senior marketing positions at several boutique investment banks. Most notable is Daniels & Bell Inc., the first minority-owned investment bank to become a member of the New York Stock Exchange in 1971. Under his direction as Executive Vice President, Daniels & Bell was selected as Senior Co-Manager for The African Development Bank’s $200 million Yankee Bond public securities offering. Daniels and Bell was also instrumental in taking Conrail public in 1987. Mr. McClearin began his banking career at Bankers Trust Company of New York in 1972 after graduating from Texas A&M University-Commerce with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He received numerous promotions throughout his tenure at the bank; Internal Auditing, Credit, Marketing Officer, Assistant Treasurer, Regional Marketing Manager, and International Banking Officer.
