Develop detailed Programs and periodically update Master Work Program as per contract conditions in review of baseline including preparation of weekly activity schedules and comprehensive technical method statements for work execution. 2. Provide cost planning, controlling and management support (P&L Analysis) for the project which includes monitoring of milestone progress, preparation and/or computations of contractual Variations and/or work claims that may seem to arise during work executions including related Performance Extensions (EoT). 3. Responsible for control and monitor project sub-contractor works including performance appraisals for purposes of subcontract extension. 4. Provide to the contractor required technical support on all aspects of Quantity Surveying activities covering Measurement, Certification and Payment including Design Analysis and developing of cost-effective Engineering Proposals. 5.
