 Maintenance and Troubleshooting Avaya Voice Portal Management systems & Application server issues. AVAYA CMS reporting management including system administration, report generation, database administration and real time interface to adjunct applications. Administration and Maintenance of Call Management System(CMS), CMS Report Designing as peer process requirements. Adding users in CMS, changing administrating user’s passwords & permissions, ACD access, Trunk access, split/skill access, vector and VDN access for users. First Level Troubleshooting in Voice Loggers when issue reported from remote site and map extensions with phones. Carry out the Change Management (like MACD of Agent ID/Station/VDN/Vector, commissioning/decommissioning of PRI:T1/E1) to call Centre as per process request and raise RFC for every change and getting approvals from Customer SPOCs in prior to change in any systems. Creation Avaya ID’s and mapping with verint then working with NOC Team for mapping Avaya ids with respective Agent ID’s. Managing the complete documentation of different Voice process Regarding: Process’s extensions data ,Authorization codes , Voice circuit details Monitoring the status of all the Trunks, Audix Channels, Announcements, Voice related server at fixed regular intervals ensuring all were working fine without any errors. Co-ordination with vendors for all voice related issues and for Root Cause Analysis. Performance Monitoring on Server and Networks such as installed on LINUX platform using various tools and monitoring servers installed on HP OV and alerts. Supporting for 24/7 Environment.
