• Manage 23 associates and one Sr. Production Supervisor within a 1.5k sq. ft Control Environment Room on catheter production in response to FDA Approval.• Staffed production 350% allowing capacity throughput 10x from 300 units to 3,000 units per month with the intention to grow the production team an additional 10x within the next four years across three shifts.• Review and set production demands and schedules between LCR, PMA, and Engineering Studies to ensure delivery dates are met while keeping yield above 95%. Track and trend Yield and Defects across all product variants and subassemblies. • Working closely with engineering and process controls to establish direction and strategies for product flow while implementing Lean mythologies to find and correct pinch points and increase cycle times. • Develop and established departmental budget of $1.2 Million dollars for FY22. • Establishes and monitors inventory goals (WIP, floor stock, and Kanban materials) adequate to meet schedule requirements while minimizing investment and obsolescence exposure.

• Managed 43 Mechanical, Testing, and Engineering technicians throughout 7 assembly lines: responsible for supporting various teams including R&D, NPI, and associated lifecycle builds. • Planned, staffed, and supported the development of 75,000+ sq ft of production floor for the Johnson & Johnsons Robotics and Digital Surgery department utilizing lean mythologies. Allocated floor space and established POs for over $23 million worth of EFTs, production equipment, and tooling. • Mentored 7 Manufacturing technicians into Production Leads, broadening their responsibilities, enhancing their training with APEX certifications and Lean Fundamental courses. • Developed production build schedules with Program Management and Planning managers to ensure all NPD builds and deadlines were met with minimal overtime. • Collaborated with NPI, R&D, and Manufacturing Engineers to create Process Instructions, line layouts, and continuous improvement projects. Developed training schedules with J&J training department for the production floor technicians. • Completed all DV builds according to schedule and met all established KPIs. Met these objectives while systematically maintaining a sustainable platform for commercial and future implementation.

• Managed 14 separate assembly lines consisting of 55 associates building complex electro-mechanical new project integration builds to hit weekly revenue plans consisting of 1.2M – 1.9M a week. Doing so we were able to hit our on-time delivery from 60% to 80% while reporting to the Director of Operations to ensure we are running at maximum efficiency. • Working directly with the Planning department to report material shortages daily to allow all lines are able to run continuously without stoppages. Collaborating with Fabrication, Weld, Machining, and Paint departments countless times a day to get much needed materials made and to the line quickly and effectively. • Worked closely with 8 Cross functional teams to set up assembly lines from scratch while implementing 5S methods and Kanban’s of material to run lines as lean as possible. By doing so we were able to go from shipping 5 Units per week to 90 units per week on our 3D assembly line within a three-month period. Providing direction to assembly/molding shifts were properly staffed and trained. Revised schedules according to work order specifications and established priorities based on availability and/or capability of workers, parts, material, machines, and equipment. • Monitored Line Performance Metric’s and prepares production reports, schedules, and reviews with appropriate staff while planning and preparing production schedules ensuring adequate lead time of each assembly/molding machine with planning and quality control. • Managed 36 Injection Molding machine from 440 ton to 110 ton with 32 thru 2 Cavity molds, 17 assembly high speed automation machines with minimal down time and yields above 98%. Implemented lean mythologies to reduce scrap, wasted material, and overall efficiency of the plants.• Assists with warehouse operations on SAP inventory control and audits. Trained personnel on fork truck and reach truck operations as a certifier in the Lift Truck Operator Trainer program.

• Managed 30 shop floor personnel on the overhaul of 30 MK 38 Mod 1 & 2 25mm Machine Gun System and the complete disassembly, refurbishment, & testing of the weapon system. Directed the removals and installations of 20 MK-38 25mm M.G.S. with various contracting support groups. • Supervised 40 personnel in Military Funeral Honors training and directed 110 Successful Military Funeral Honor ceremonies. Felicitated over 200 Funeral requests that supported 64 military commands executing MFH across 20 states while serving at Command Reginal Mid-Atlantic Honor Guard from June2015-May 2016.

• Utilized extensive technical knowledge to upkeep and repair operational integrity of ship’s MK 45 MOD 2 5" 54 GWS, MK-38 Mod 2 25mm Machine Gun System consisting of Electromechanical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, Hydraulic, Fiber Optic, Vision Enhancement, and Advanced Digital Electronics.• Lead Supervisor for Two Work Centers consisting of 15 technicians and $50 million worth of equipment conducting strenuous maintenance, operation, & trouble shooting of the mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic & electromechanical components of multiple weapon systems.
