My experience includes maintenance and project management for building facilities (mid-rise buildings & family single family, townhouse, garden style) for King County Housing Authority (KCHA). Extensive background in the trades (carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing) as a Senior step 5 maintenance tech for KCHA. Day to day repairs and troubleshooting of building systems.Many duties include communicating with vendors and the Capital Construction departments on upgrades, project progression and planning. I have been in school for the past 6 years to improve and grow my career. I am a recent graduate of the BAS in Sustainable Building and Science Technology program at South Seattle. A program that focuses on the energy efficiency in the built environment, understand ASHRAE 62.1 & 62.2, Building automated systems (BAS) and Budget planning for capital projects. My education is also rounded out with certifications in project management, property maintenance for multi family housing and basic electrical. My goal is to take the next step in sustainability/weatherization and grow my career on the foundation I have built through my years at one of the highest performing housing authorities in the country, King County Housing Authority.
