I was in charge of developing business and sales through customer visits both in German and English, telephone prospecting, finding and converting new prospects and distributing communication materials. I was responsible for the after-sales service and regularly monitored customer satisfaction. I regularly reported on the creation and strengthening of our partnerships with major players in the sector such as CNH Industrial. This position required me to be attentive, flexible and responsive in order to present the customer with the offer that best suited his needs.
